We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve and implement the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, taking into account the nature of the services provided to you and the contracts concluded with you, unless longer storage of personal data and related documents is established in accordance with the applicable regulatory acts and is necessary  (e.g. mandatory retention periods for accounting and other documents, etc.) or is conditioned by the protection of the controller's legitimate interests before judicial or other public authorities.

The data entered into the User's Account by the Client shall be stored until the Client's account is removed and stored in the archives (inactive) for 2 years from the removal of the account for the purpose of gathering evidence in case of possible legal disputes.


The data provided in the visitor's e-shop CONTACT request for the purpose of gathering evidence in case of possible legal disputes is stored for 5 (five) years from the submission of the request. 

For direct marketing purposes, the Company processes (uses) your personal data for 3 (three) years from the moment of giving consent or until the withdrawal of consent and inactivity stores in archives for 1 (one) year after the expiry of the term of use of the consent.


We ensure and take all necessary measures to ensure that outdated or unnecessary information about you is not stored and that your data is kept up to date and correct.

DIRECT MARKETING


Your personal data (e-mail address) is processed for direct marketing purposes, after you have expressed your consent to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes in the e-shop, i.e. by providing your e-mail address in the Subscription field.

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data relating to you for such marketing purposes.


The Company no longer processs personal data of the Data Subject for direct marketing purposes (immediately destroys) as soon as the Data Subject objects to the processing for such purpose.

This Privacy Policy applies to the company's services of ordering and online purchases of clothing, cosmetics, footwear, accessories and other goods through the Company's e-shop, regardless of which devices the Company's customer and/or e-shop visitor uses for a visit to the e-shop. 

 The terms and conditions set out in the Privacy Policy apply every time you access the content and/or service we provide, regardless of which device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, TV, etc.) you use.
